Although sheet winding is the final stage of the extrusion line, it is just as critical to ensuring a smooth and efficient production process. JWELL offers a wide range of winding systems designed to meet your specific production needs. Key factors in selecting the right winder include: the number of lanes to be wound simultaneously, line speed (in meters per minute), finished roll diameter and weight, as well as the available floor space in your facility.

Based on these variables, JWELL provides various winding system configurations, available with up to 4 stations:

● Winder with frames – for larger finished rolls up to 1,200 mm in diameter

● Winder with frames and platform – for larger finished rolls up to 1,500 mm in diameter

● Cantilever winder – suitable for small to medium finished roll diameters and limited space

● Revolver turret winder – ideal for small to medium finished roll diameters with frequent roll change cycles
